Akop Azoyan was born in Russia in 1988 into a musical family. In 2009 he completed his musical studies as a classical Guitarist but was drawn to Musical instrument making and between 2009-2013 he attended and graduated from the Cremona Violin making school with honors.

In 2015-16 he was fulltime assistant to Francesco Toto.

Now set up in his own workshop in the centre of Cremona.

This Guarneri copy violin is an absolute stunner! Looks great, sounds great. One of our best new violins in the shop.
