Riccardo Antoniazzi, b1853 d 1912
Riccardo was the eldest son and pupil of Gaetano, and worked in Milan from 1880. He helped set up what has become the Bisiach school, working for Leandro Bisiach and the firm Monzino & Son. This violin is a great example of his last period and an extremely fine example. Reuning Certificate.

I love the Milan school of makers and Riccardo is one maker that straddles the 19th century going into the 20th. So you get class...with power! Pretty violin.
